CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR TELEKOM MALAYSIA PRODUCT & BILLING DEPARTMENT
JOB DISCRIPTION :
HANDLING INBOUND CALL FROM TM CUSTOMER THAT ENQUIRIES PRODUCT AND BILLING REGARDING TM
WORK LOCATION :
KELANA JAYA PARK VIEW (KPV) ; Nearby Giant Kelana Jaya and also Kelana Jaya STAR Station
REQUIREMENT :
- Spm /Diploma - RM 1500 + PFP (RM 300)
- Degree - RM 1700 + PFP (RM 300)
- Able to speak in English and Bahasa
- Working Hours : Monday - Friday ; 3 Shift (8.30am - 6.00pm; 9.00am - 6.30pm; 9.30am - 7.00pm)
- Physical Disable (cause the candidate need to do typing as well)
WE PROVIDE :
- BASIC SALARY
- PFP : RM 300.00
- EPF AND SOCSO PROVIDED
- MEDICAL ALLOWANCE PROVIDED
WORKING HOURS ( 3 SHIFT IN A DAY ) MONDAY - FRIDAY
- 8.30AM - 6.00PM
- 9.00AM - 6.30PM
- 9.30AM - 7.00PM
I would like to highlight on below requirement as there will be no tolerance on quality of candidates :
- Minimun Age : 20 years old
