Brief Job Description: Handling Inbound Calls On Telekom Malaysia's Directory

Job Description

1. To efficiently handle inbound customer call enquiries.
2. To provide fast and timely solutions to all customers related problems.
3. To ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent Customer Services.
4. To be constantly guided by company's service standards.

Requirements:

1) Age between 19 – 40 years old

2) Posses OKU card (physical category)

3) Able to read and write

4) Able to use computer

5) Good communication skill (able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English)

6) Possess positive attitude - Friendly, Willing to learn, hardworking 

7) Able to work in call centre environment

8) Able to start immediately
